Oh I love to comment it was that I was bit busy recently. As far as improvements goes you can add labels in your posts so that your post have better search ranking in search engines. If time permits try to write a bit longer more structured posts. And also do visit various blogs and be the first one to comment on recent posts, it increases visibility of your blog. other than that http://www.indiblogger.in/ is a good place to promote your blog posts and find other bloggers similar to your taste. Hope above helps :) And yeah if you have Facebook account you can share your blog posts there it's also a nice way to publicize your blog.
